The states a worker lifecycle event reports in its payload's state field. Every lifecycle event is published to sys.workmanager.worker.lifecycle with ce-type com.virtufin.workmanager.worker.lifecycle (WorkManagerNames, from the naming library); the state is never part of the topic or the type (openspec pubsub-topics, Tier 0 / Infrastructure Events).
