Remarks

{worker_id} lets a caller address commands to one worker instance by its identity (wrk.httpgetworker.command.{worker_id}, the naming library's core worker command topic) without knowing the id up front. WorkManager mints the id, so the caller can't name the topic before CreateWorker returns. A topic names what the data is, not who consumes it: commands to one instance are addressed by that instance, not by a notebook run id, and an orphaned trigger from a crashed run can only drive its own orphaned worker, never a later run's.
